Wir beschaffen für unsere Groß- und Mittelstandskunden von der Steckdose über aktives und passives Netzwerkequipment bis hin zur IT-Dienstleistung alles, was für unser operatives Business gebraucht wird.

  • Als Sachbearbeiter im operativen Einkauf dürfen Sie innerhalb eines kleinen, schlagfertigen Teams eigenverantwortlich und selbstständig agieren. Sie können interne und externe Anfragen qualifiziert beantworten sowie Auftragsvergaben und Bestellungen eigenständig durchführen.
  • Sie verantworten die abteilungsinterne Vertragsüberwachung, -datenpflege, -kündigung und –archivierung sowie die Erstellung des in- und externen Berichtwesens.
  • Übernehmen Sie zudem das Lieferanten-Onboarding inkl. deren Stammdatenpflege und dokumentieren Sie revisionssicher alle Verhandlungsergebnisse.  
  • Idealerweise können Sie eine kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie erste Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Aufgabenfeld vorweisen.  
  • Sie kennen sich mit betriebswirtschaftlichen und vertragsrechtlichen Gegebenheiten gut aus und sind auch mit Beschaffungsprozessen inkl. damit verbundenen Rechtsfolgen vertraut.
  • Mit guten Kenntnissen im Vertrags- und Vergaberecht sowie in MS-Office und SAP/MM können Sie bei uns punkten.
  • Kennen Sie sich zudem mit der SRM Software Jaegger aus, ist das für uns das i-Tüpfchen.
