Mission

We are looking for enthusiastic experts with passion and drive for ambitious global project. As an international company administrating ICT (Information and Communication Technology) of hundreds customers all over the world we are looking for easier, faster and the most effective way to deliver our services to our customers as fast as possible. ASIC as an elite R&D (Research and Development) team is dedicated to this ambition - to be the leader in automated ICT administration. Appreciation of the project is to analyse existing processes, seek for the space and technical requirements for automation, designing and developing the solution and deliver it to the production queue. We are looking for not only developers but mostly for researchers and pioneers of the new era in ICT administration.

Accountabilities

  • Strongly serving and supporting the Scrum Team in their quest to do everything possible to achieve the goal.
  • Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style and leading by example. This person should personify Scrum and Agile.
  • Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team and the Organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
  • Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and coaching them to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable.
  • Removing impediments.
  • Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing andnproblem solving.
  • Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
  • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
  • Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to refining and managing the product backlog.

Requirements

Education

• University degree (minimum Bachelor).

Experience

• Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team.

• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.

• Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (e.g. Burndown techniques, Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc).

• Scrum Master certification is advantage.

Languages

• English - advanced – B2

Salary

Minimum monthly salary is 1070€ brutto + variable part of salary + other financial benefits. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
