Your Tasks
Als Führungskraft im Bereich DevOps und IT-Services agierst du in agilen Softwareentwicklungsprojekten im internationalen Fintech- und Bankenumfeld. Du führst und coachst ein Team von Expert*innen, das dafür verantwortlich ist, die Softwareplattformen zu betreuen und laufend zu optimieren. Dies bedeutet insbesondere:
- Führung und Unterstützung deines Expertenteams bei Operations- und Projektarbeit
- Aktive Mitarbeit über die Bereiche hinweg, um Software Entwicklungs- und Betriebsprozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern und „Best Practices“ zu leben
- Management der gesamten SDS IT Infrastruktur sowie der CI/CD Pipelines unserer Produkte
- Team- und Konfliktmanagement
Your Profile
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der aktiven Personalführung (Teamleitung, Abteilungsleitung) sowie in der Projektleitung (Projektmanager oder Scrum Master)
- Background und Erfahrung in der täglichen Arbeit mit GitLab, Kubernetes, Kafka und im Applikations-Monitoring, insbesondere in der Administration, Überwachung und Optimierung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Verwaltung von Cluster Netzwerken, Etablieren von Logging Architektur und der Planung und Durchführung von Updates und Upgrades
- Technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU) idealerweise im Bereich Informatik / IT oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden, ITSM und ITIL
Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort und in Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden). Homeoffice ist bis zu 40% möglich. Für diese Position gilt ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgrundgehalt von EUR 56.448,00 Brutto pro Jahr. Wir bieten darüber hinaus eine marktkonforme Überzahlung in Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung, sowie diverse SDS Benefits.
