Your Tasks
If you would like to work with us, the following tasks expect your skills:
- Handling customer tickets, supervise solution of deliveries for Subscriber database and Provisioning Gateway (PGW).
- Participation in the functional tests, and system level failure analysis.
- Close cooperation with the custumers, developer and tester team.
Your Profile
Send your CV, if you:
- University degree in electrical engineering, computer science, information systems or similar qualification
- Experience in working in an international environment.
- Basic knowledge of the IP technology and the Linux operating system.
- Basic knowledge of the operation of the protocols (LDAP, SOAP XML, SPML)
- Knowledge about cloud technologies (Kubernetes, ...)
- C-NTDB knowledge is appreciated but not a must to have
- Able to use CICD pipelines (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins...)
- Good communicate in English both oral and written
You are ideal if:
- You have systems approach and logical thinking
- Looking for new challanges
- You are proactive and creative in problem solving
- Your ability to cooperate and communicate is advanced
- You are handling well the changes, and customer oriented needs.
- You have a confident demeanor and can act confidently towards customers in critical situations
- You have experience in cloudification and DevOps / GitOps environment
- You have knowledge of coding, scripting (Java, Python...)
- If you have knowledge and familiar of real-time LDAP database mechanism
