Your Tasks

  • Participates in the implementation of the contract, performs special tasks within the coordination of implementation
  • Ensures contract fulfillment according to the expectations of the client during the contractual cycle
  • Ensures compliance with deadlines and required service levels
  • Is familiar with and applies methodologies, tools, techniques and processes of project implementation and service management

Your Profile

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Active English, German is a plus
  • Process mindset
  • Customer orientation
  • Ability to dialogue with and assist senior SDMs/middle management
  • Communication both in writing and orally
  • MS Office literate and open to learn special applications
  • Ability to work in virtual teams of multiple locations/countries
