Your Tasks
- Teilnahme an Kunden-, Innovations- und Plattformprojekten
- Koordination betrieblicher Ressourcen und Abläufe gemäß ITIL
- Qualitätssicherung im Rahmen der Bereitstellung und des Betriebs von IT Security Lösungen
- Analyse und Bewertung von Kundenanforderungen
- Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen
- Mitarbeit und Unterstützung in externen Audits der Trust Center Solutions (u.a. eIDAS, ETSI, ISO 27001, Technische Richtlinien des BSI)

Your Profile
Neben einem abgeschlossenen Studium in einem der MINT-Fächer oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation, verfügen Sie über 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Operations. Darüber hinaus überzeugen Sie durch:
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in modernen IT-Systemen und Konzepten inkl. Virtualisierung, Cloud-Architekturen und Automatisierung
- Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zum Perspektivwechsel (Kunde, Service Provider, Service Developer)
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Angeboten, Steuerung von Projekten und Managen von Ressourcen
- Theoretische Kenntnisse und idealerweise praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich IT-Security (insbesondere PKI und Key-Management)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens Level B2) in Wort und Schrift
