Your Tasks
- Du übernimmst in einem agilen Team Verantwortung für die angemessene und moderne Softwarequalität und trägst deine Passion für das Testen in dein Team.
- Du treibst und bearbeitest Testkonzepte, Testfälle oder Test-Charta, führst Tests durch und berätst Product Owner, Scrum Master und Softwareentwickler in testspezifischen Belangen
- Du testest User Stories und testest Bugs nach (manuell, automatisiert, explorativ)
- Du nimmst aktiv an agilen Meetings (Dailies, Plannings, Reviews, Retros etc.) sowie Team- und Abteilungsmeetings teil
- Du stellst die Testbarkeit von Akzeptanzkriterien von User Stories sicher und erstellst Testfälle und Testszenarien und dokumentierst diese in den genutzten Systemen
- Du stellst aussagekräftige Reportings bereit
- Du unterstützt die Koordination von kundennahen Tests
Your Profile
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene IT-Berufsausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung auf dem Arbeitsmarkt
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit agilen Teams (z.B. Scrum, Kanban) und gute Kenntnisse mit agilen Testvorgehen und –methoden mit
- Du bringst gute Kenntnisse moderner Softwaretechniken im Java- und XML-Umfeld sowie SQL mit
- Du hast Erfahrung mit dem Testen von Schnittstellen (REST, SOAP) und gute Kenntnisse von modernen Testwerkzeugen
- Du hast ausgeprägte analytische, konzeptionelle und kreative Fähigkeiten mit strukturierter eigenverantwortlicher und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise
- Du bringst idealerweise ISTQB Certified Agile Tester oder ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level oder vergleichbare Zertifizierung mit
- Du hast Freude an teamübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
