  • Beratung von externen Kunden bzgl. der Implementierung und dem Betrieb von SAP ERP HCM-Lösungen mit Fokus auf SAP HCM Personalkostenplanung und SAP HCM Organisationsmanagement der Branchen Healthcare und Public Sector
  • Ist-Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und deren konzeptionelle Umsetzung unter SAP ERP HCM
  • Projektarbeit (teilweise Projektleitung) mit den Schwerpunkten SAP HCM Personalkostenplanung & SAP HCM Organisationsmanagement inklusive der Durchführung der Konzeption
  • Application Management für SAP HCM Kunden des Fachbereichs:
    • Aufbau und Pflege des SAP Organisatoins­managements
    • Implementierung und Wartung der Persnal­kosten­planung und von Simu­lations­plänen
  • Vollkräfte-/FTE-Betrachtung im Rahmen der Personalkostenplanung (Stellenplanung im öffentlichen Bereich und im Bereich Healthcare)
  • Durchführung von Kundenpräsentationen und Work­shops zur SAP HCM Personal­kosten­planung und zum SAP HCM Organisations­management
  • Durchführung von Schulungen im SAP HCM für die Teilmodule PKP und OM
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung des HCM-Portfolios
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung als SAP HCM Senior Berater sowie Erfahrungen in den Branchen Healthcare und Public Sector
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrungen in der SAP HCM Personalkostenplanung und dem SAP HCM Organisationsmanagement
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den SAP Modulen PA, PY
  • Erfahrungen bei Steuerung und Ausprägung von Lohnarten im SAP HCM
  • Aufgeschlossenes und sympathisches Auf­treten, ausgeprägte Kommunikations­fähigkeit und die Bereitschaft für uns auf Reisen zu gehen.
