Als Mitarbeiter im Remote Service übernehmen Sie u. a. folgende Aufgaben:

  • Sicherstellung der telefonischen Erreichbarkeit unseres Remote Services (RS)
  • Dokumentation der per Telefon, Web, E-Mail oder Monitoring-Lösung eingehenden TK-Störungen
  • Detaillierte Störungsdiagnose und sofortige Entstörung mit hoher Erstlösungsquote im RS, auch per Remotezugriff
  • Weiterleitung der Störungsmeldung an Servicepartner und Steuerung externer Dienstleister
  • Störungsverfolgung mit Überwachung und Sicherung des Serviceniveaus
  • Eskalationsmanagement
  • Information der Anwender über den Stand der Entstörung
  • Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Telefonische Beschwerdebearbeitung
  • Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von IT- und TK-Infrastruktur im Supportumfeld
  • Sicherstellung des 7x24 Supports in deutscher und englischer Sprache

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder Anwendungsentwicklung, IT-Systemelektroniker) oder bringen umfangreiche Erfahrungen, Kenntnisse und Fähigkeit mit:

  • Praktische Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse im IT- und TK-Bereich
  • Kenntnisse zu Produkten und Lösungen diverser Hersteller (z. B. Cisco, Microsoft, Audiocodes), ggf. inkl. Zertifizierungen
  • Kundenfreundliches Auftreten und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Belastbarkeit
  • Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewußtsein sind für Sie selbstverständlich
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem PC, PC-Peripherie, Server und Netzwerksystemen
  • Selbständigkeit, Flexibilität, Leistungsbereitschaft
  • Teamorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung, inkl. Zertifizierung
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift in deutscher und englischer Sprache
