Your Tasks

Key accountabilities
International Project responsibility

  • Leads and participates in international or global HR Projects.
  • Has end to end responsibility for cross country coordination (overarching reports, management presentations, consult countries, 1:1 in order to understand the local concepts).
  • Drives and manages the international community (organization, moderation, push community & bring it to next level, bring international community and German project together).
  • Establishes international project standards, drives global thinking and agile project work (Scrum) and fosters the international community.

Operational responsibility for the European Workers Council

  • Works with the HR Vice President LBUs and the Senior Vice President Sales/G&A/LBU to actively manage all country topics that are subject to European Workers Council consultations.
  • Consults on EWC relevance, EWC regulations and processes.
  • Do research for EWC relevant topics in particular ensuring the parallelism with German workers council matters.
  • Gives supports or advice along EWC information preparation (incl. coordination with business, project, senior HR management TSI and HRM).
  • Is Interface between HR TSI, HRM, Business and local HR.
  • Has responsilbility for organization, facilitation and steering of EWC working groups and ensure preparations for hearings and reports

Drive and manage the international VPHR community

  • Has operational responsible for global VPHR calls and meetings.
  • Drives the international community.
  • Brings the international VPHR Community on a next level

Requirements

Education:

  • University education (Bachelor's degree)
  • University education (Master's degree)
  • Postgraduate (Doctorate) 

Experience:

  • Similar position - 3 years minimum 

Soft skills:

  • Agile working - Intermediate
  • Leadership - Intermediate
  • Project Management - Intermediate

Other criteria or requirements:

  • Experience in driving transformation programms
  • Project/program management experience
  • Experience in driving agile transformation

Languages:

  • English - Advanced (C1)
  • German - Advantage
