Your Tasks
- Du briefst und planst die operationale und strategische Media-Kampagne und führst die Mediaagentur.
- Des Weiteren analysierst du den gesamtem Mediaspend. Ziel dabei ist die Steigerung der Effizienz der Mediabudgets im Hinblick auf Marken- und Sales KPI.
- Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit den Kolleg*innen der Digitalen Analyse, um die Mediaplanung insbesondere mit unseren Media Mix Modellen zu optimieren.
- Du entwickelst passende KPI zur Optimierung der Marken- und Produktkommunikation.
- Du willst die Mediaplanung weiter vorantreiben und an die Herausforderungen der Zukunft anpassen und innovativ nach vorne bringen
Your Profile
- Du hast hohe konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten und Media-Erfahrung.
- Du hast Erfahrungen mit komplexen Analysetools und mit Werbewirkungsanalysen gesammelt.
- Du bist in der Lage eine strategische Mediastrategie zu erstellen mit deren Hilfe du eine klassische sowie digitale Planung für unsere großen ATL Kampagnen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Agentur erarbeitest.
- Du liebst Daten + Media und hast eine einschlägige Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung vorzuweisen.
- Du bist ein Team-Player und Impuls-Geber, der sich nicht versteckt und gut kommunizieren kann.
- Du hast den Mut die Dinge verändern zu wollen.
- Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit und lachst gerne
