Your Tasks
Als Technical Product Manager IoT Connectivity im Team Core Connectivity Services der Deutsche Telekom IoT GmbH sind Sie für die Entwicklung innovativer Produkte und deren Implementierung verantwortlich. Sie übernehmen dabei die fachliche Produktverantwortung für einen strategisch relevanten Teilbereich unseres IoT Connectivity Produktportfolios, insbesondere die Weiterentwicklung des zentralen Angebots- und Buchungstools sowie des Kundenportals.
Ihre Aufgaben umfassen insbesondere:
- Definition der Produktanforderungen im Rahmen der agilen Produktentwicklung (z.B. Epics, Use Cases, funktionale und nicht funktionale Anforderungen inkl. User Experience und Design Kriterien) basierend auf Kunden- und Marktanforderungen
- Verantwortung für laufende Entwicklungsprojekte und Steuerung der Umsetzung
- Erarbeitung von Roadmaps und Produktspezifikationen
- Managen des Lebenszyklus der verantworteten komplexen Produkte/Services aus funktionaler Sicht sowie Ermittlung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen/ -bedarfen
- Schnittstelle zu anderen Abteilungen, insb. Commercial Management und Vertrieb, sowie Unterstützung von Produkteinführungen und Go-to-Market Aktivitäten
- Leitung und Führung agiler Teams
Your Profile
- Langjährige Erfahrung als Produktmanager, vorzugsweise im TK- oder IoT Umfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse über Internettechnologien, Kundenportaldesign bzw. Buchungstools/Webshops
- Sehr gutes Verständnis des TK- bzw. IoT- Marktes, vorzugsweise auch Mobilfunktechnologien (2G/4G/5G/LPWA)
- Analytische Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Hervorragende Erfahrungen mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden (z.B. Scrum, Kanban)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
