Your Tasks
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für ein komplexes, unternehmensweites Projekt und führst fachlich ein x-funktionales Team von mehr als 10 Mitarbeitenden.
- Das x-funktionale Team besteht aus Mitarbeitenden sowohl aus den Abteilungen Product Management & IT als auch Commercial & UX.
- Du verantwortest im Rahmen des Projektes sowohl die Produktgestaltung und Strategie, GTM, CRM, Vertriebs- und Kommunikationsangang sowie die technische Realisierung.
- Enge Abstimmungen mit den Teams Commercial Fixed und PM & IT Fixed.
- Du entwickelst mit deinem Projektteam pragmatische und kreative Lösungen für neue Herausforderungen und lieferst damit deinen Beitrag zur Zielerreichung des Fixed Geschäftsbereichs.
Your Profile
- Du verfügst über mehr als 6-8 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Telekommunikation / ICT-Industrie und hast ein exzellentes Verständnis vom Festnetzprodukten und Kundenbedürfnissen.
- Du hast umfassende Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung und im Management komplexer Projekte.
- Du besitzt fundierte kommerzielle und technische Fachkenntnisse.
- Du verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Eigendynamik, Optimierungswille sowie konzeptionellem Denkvermögen und dir fällt es leicht andere von neuen Ideen zu begeistern.
- Du hast sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und einen strategischen Weitblick.
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und kooperationsfähig gepaart mit Verhandlungs- und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
- Du trittst sicher vor Stakeholdern bis zur Geschäftsführung auf und hast Spaß im Team zu arbeiten.
