Your Tasks
- Verantwortung und Steuerung von komplexen agilen SAP-Projekten im Public-Sector-Umfeld sowie im Non-Profit-Sector (bspw. Bildung und Forschung, Kirchen, Sozialverwaltungen)
- Projektleitung im SAP ECC und SAP S/4HANA Umfeld mit sehr guten Kenntnissen in der Steuerung von Festpreisprojekten, Third Party Produkten und (inter-)nationalen Liefermodellen
- Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Modernisierung wesentlicher Kernprozesse und der Umstellung aktueller SAP Systemlandschaften auf die S/4 HANA Produktfamilie
- Prozessanalyse, -konzeption und Prozessgestaltung im Public-Sector-Umfeld mit SAP-Bezug
- Führung und fachliche Weiterentwicklung von Projektmitgliedern
- Unterstützung bei der Präsentation von Projektergebnissen
- Themenentwicklung und Presalesaktivitäten
- Unterstützung bei der Angebotserstellung

Your Profile
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (z.B. (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Verwaltungswissenschaften) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Projekterfahrung in der Leitung von großen SAP-Projekten oder in der Implementierung komplexen von SAP-Lösungen
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der SAP-Beratung in einschlägigen Modulen
- Expertise im Projektmanagement, idealerweise ergänzt um eine einschlägige Zertifizierung, z.B. PMI-PMP, IPMA, Prince2 sowie in der Prozessanalyse in IT-Projekten im Umfeld von SAP- bzw. ERP-Verfahren
- Kenntnisse / idealerweise Zertifizierungen in SAP (z.B. S/4HANA; SAP PSM/ PSCD/ FI/ CO/ HCM/Analytics) sowie agilen Verfahren wie SAP Activate / Scrum
- Sehr gute analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Kommunikationsstärke und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Die Bereitschaft sich in Public-Sector-spezifische Themen einzuarbeiten
- Teamgeist, eine analytische Denkweise, Flexibilität sowie Bereitschaft zur projektbezogenen Mobilität
