•    Eigenverantwortliche Sicherstellung der Vertragseinhaltung, insbesondere Service Level Management sowie Überwachung der Qualität und der Einhaltung der OLA
•    Regelkommunikation an alle Stakeholder und Verantwortung für die Kundenzufriedenheit
•    Management von Kunden-/ Partnerreklamationen, insbesondere in strategischen und komplexen Projekten
•    Claim Management
•    Ordermanagement – insbesondere auch Aufsetzen erforderlicher neuer Order-Prozesse in der Dreieckbeziehung T-Systems-Partner-Kunde
•    Strategische Entwicklung des Kunden
•    Steuerung des Planungsprozesses & Forecastprozesses
•    Kostenmanagement, Steuerung von übergreifenden Kostenoptimierungsprogrammen
•    Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Finanzreviews
•    Prozessabstimmung und  Implementierung, Vermittlung Prozess-Know-how und Dokumentation
•    KPI-Monitoring und Quality Management
•    Management-Reporting und Governance-Aufgaben
•    Steuerung und Mitwirkung in übergreifenden Projekten
•    Ableitung und Empfehlung von Optimierungspotentialen hinsichtlich des Portfolios und der Standardisierung
•    Verantwortlichkeit für die Durchführung von Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen

•    Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/Hochschule) der Fachrichtung Informatik, Telekommunikation oder Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung
•    Mindestens 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kommunikations- oder IT-Branche
•    Außerordentlich tiefgehende Erfahrung in den Bereichen Service-, Delivery- und Partnermanagement
•    Ausgewiesene, sehr umfangreiche Erfahrung in der kaufmännisch-technischen Steuerung von Plattformgeschäften (idealerweise Cloud-Plattformen) im Umfeld von internationalen Großkunden 
•    Umfassende Kenntnisse über die Technologie-Trends und das Wettbewerbsumfeld im Cloud Markt (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
•    Praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Cloud Computing und Rechenzentrumsleistungen
•    Hervorragende Kenntnisse und langjährige Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit dem Kunden und Lieferanten/ Partnern zur Sicherstellung unseres Leistungsversprechens
•    Langjährige Erfahrung im Planungs- / Forecast und Kostenmanagement
•    Ausgeprägte Vertriebsorientierung für den stetigen Ausbau des Kundengeschäfts (Basis für Cloud) 
•    Tiefgehende betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse einhergehend mit der Vertrautheit mit den Kalkulationsprozessen innerhalb des Konzerns
•    Gute Kenntnisse der Aufbauorganisation und der Betriebsabläufe innerhalb des Konzerns
•    Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in ITIL und im Qualitätsmanagement
•    Umfassende Kenntnisse des Portfolios von T-Systems sind wünschenswert
•    Außerordentliche Kommunikations-, Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie absolut professionelles Auftreten und Überzeugungskraft auf Top-Management-Level – insbesondere in englischer Sprache
•    Hohe Flexibilität, Termintreue, Eigenverantwortung und Teamfähigkeit
•    Bereitschaft, den Scope des klassisches Service Delivery Management (Kundenschnittstelle) zu erweitern auf ein „Product Service Management“ (Schnittstellen zum Partner und zu vielen Kunden) 
•    Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (CEF-Level C2) 
•    Reisebereitschaft (national und international)
