Service Management Office (SMO): Servicio transversal de soporte a la gestión operativa del servicio.
Your Profile
El SCOPM integrante de la SMO es un rol de apoyo a la gestión del servicio a cliente. Representa un servicio transversal responsable de las siguientes actividades:
- Velar por la correcta ejecución de los procesos ITSM a nivel operativo (Gestión de Incidencias, Peticiones, Problemas, Plan de Mantenimiento y Tareas Internas).
- Integrar el canal de comunicación entre los distintos equipos de running de un servicio.
- Realizar el seguimiento de las actividades diarias de los servicios.
- Gestión transversal de incidencias y seguimiento de KPIs de los servicios.
- Mejora en la consolidación de SLAs y automatización del reporting a cliente.
- Gestión transversal de cambios. Seguimiento de los planes de mantenimiento y cambios programados en los servicios.
- Soporte en la gestión transversal de problemas.
- Impulsor de la estandarización de procesos de servicio y reporting.
