The employee is responsible for the Telecommunications Providers within the country. Working within the global team structure the employee will ensure uniform execution of the GPM Provider Performance Program methodology, strategies, and tools with focus on committed service improvement.The role is set to provide an enhanced customer experience through proactive and reactive provider management

  • TPM manages the service performance (delivery and operation) of the access,  NNIand the Telehouse providers for a defined number of countries
  • Performs a post-mortem analysis work focused on incident(RCA) and on Problem (chronics)
  • Develops a WLA with the local providers and also supports a Service Improvement Plan with a provider to bring provider performance back to acceptable levels
  • Maintains and manages the documentation of the information of his providers in the systems
  • Participates and supports the Supplier contract lifecycle along with Procurement and Contract
  • Management with ownership of operational KPIs, SLAs, this includes support to the on-boarding and off-boarding process, and support to the contract negotiation focused on the SLA sections
  • Supports company-wide quality programs. This includes the support to the Zero Outage Program, the ownership on the Premium sites audit, and any other quality driven program
  • Minimum BSC or equivalent qualification in related fields or Bachelor’s degree in Computer
  • Science or Telecommunications
  • Excellent English communication - written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Detailed knowledge related to MPLS-based IP networks, Voice over IP, Fixed Mobile
  • Excellent telecommunications knowledge
  • At least 5  years technical/telecommunications background.
  • Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
  • Good working knowledge of ITIL
  • Willingness to travel within the country or/and international
