  • Beauftragung und Steuerung von internen und externen Leistungserbringern um die Serviceerfüllung sicherzustellen
  • Aktive Entwicklung von Kundenbeziehungen sowie die gemeinsame Erarbeitung einer individuellen Sales-Strategie um für die verantworteten Kunden einen Mehrwert zu schaffen
  • Entwicklung von innovativen Lösungen und aktives Beraten der Kunden zur Ausweitung unseres Portfolios
  • Verantwortung für die aktuelle und zukünftige finanzielle Entwicklung Ihrer Kunden
  • 5-jährige Berufserfahrung insbesondere im Bereich Management von WAN-Netzwerken
  • Kenntnis über nationale sowie globale WAN Netzwerke und Techniken wie SD-WAN, Firewalling, WAN Optimierung
  • Exzellentes Stakeholder-Management, ausgeprägte Kunden- und Service-Orientierung sowie ein vertrieblich orientiertes Mindset
  • Strukturierte, proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Know-How sowie ein hohes Maß an „Sense of urgency“
  • ITIL Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
