Your Tasks
Als Site und Provider Manager*in (m/w/d) sorgst du für unser internationales, leitergebundenes Übertragungsnetz in ganz Österreich, und unterstützend in Ungarn und der Slowakei.
Dabei kümmerst du dich um den lokalen Betrieb unserer zwei IP-Plattformen und unserer DWDM-Plattform.
Dazu gehören folgende Aufgaben:
- Teile der Planung, Bestellung nach Vorgaben, die Implementierung und den Betrieb unserer Geräte vor Ort im Telehouse
- Neuschaltungen und Dokumentation von Leitungen
- Der Rückbau von Plattformen, wenn sie abgebaut und ausgetauscht werden
- Eine ständige Abstimmung der Tätigkeiten im kleinen lokalen Team
- Umsetzung der Vorgaben der zentralen Teams aus Deutschland
- Managen unserer Leitungs- und Telehaus-Lieferanten in Hinsicht auf Einhaltung bestimmter Kenngrößen, vorgeben in den vertraglichen Service Level Agreements
- Regelmäßige Störungsnachbearbeitung und Besprechungen mit unseren Lieferanten, mit dem Ziel einer langfristen Qualitätsverbesserung
Your Profile
- Sehr gute TK-Kenntnisse mit kaufmännischem und technischem Hintergrund und Verständnis für deren Anwendung in der Wirtschaft
- Sehr gute IP- und DWDM-Technikkenntnisse
- Mindestens 5 - 7 Jahre technischer/Telekommunikations-Post-Sales-Support/Delivery-Management-Hintergrund
- Begeisterung für ein internationales Umfeld
- Gelegentliche, geplante Bereitschaftseinsätze Nachts sind für dich kein Problem
Für Ihren Einsatz bieten wir neben einem interessanten, sich stets weiterentwickelnden Arbeitsumfeld eine dem Level und der Position entsprechende Entlohnung. Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir auf das kollektivvertragliche Jahresmindestgehalt von € 49.643,44 ,- brutto. Wir sind bereit zu einer wesentlich höheren Bezahlung (80.000,- brutto sind ein übliches Zielgehalt). Das finale Gehalt orientiert sich selbstverständlich an Ihrer individuellen Erfahrung und Qualifikation.Wenn auch Sie zu den Besten in Ihrem Fach gehören und eine herausfordernde Aufgabe in einem hochprofessionellen Team suchen, dann freuen wir uns auf Ihre Bewerbung.
