Your Tasks
Als Squad Lead übernimmst Du im Team die fachliche Führung und Verantwortung für Microsoft Collaboration Services. Als Fachverantwortlicher bist du zusammen mit dem Team zuständig für die Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Services in der Private-/Hybrid-Cloud-Infrastrukturen unserer Kunden. Dazu gehören im Wesentlichen folgende Aufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche:
- Fachliche Führung der zugeordneten Fachteams für die verantworteten Services
- End-to-End Verantwortung für das Life Cycle Management der verantworteten Services (Sicherstellung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit durch entsprechende Weiterentwicklung)
- Kommerzielle Verantwortung für finanzielle Erfolgsgrössen der verantworteten Services
- Steuert strategisch die Leistungserbringung von externen Partnern und Lösungsanbietern
- Design der notwendigen System- & Lösungsarchitekturen, Ableitung von technischen Requirements sowie Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibungen/Offerten
- Mitgestaltung der Planung von T&T Projekten und Sicherstellung der Durchführung im Sinne der Projektvorgaben
- Erste Eskalationsstufe zur Sicherstellung von Betriebsstabilität und Qualitätsstandards für die verantworteten Services
- Mitgestaltung von Personalentscheidungen, welche Einfluss auf den Erfolg der verantworteten Services haben
Your Profile
- Du bist ein Teamplayer mit Fachführungserfahrungen in einem ähnlichen Umfeld
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Höhere Informatikausbildung HF/FH/FA
- Du kannst Erfahrung im Konzipieren von IT-Infrastruktur Umgebungen (Gesamtlösungen) nachweisen
- Du besitzt versierte Kenntnisse mit der Office 365 Palette /Exchange OnPremise/ Active Directory (AD Connect, ADFS, MFA), Skype4Business, MS Azure (IAAS)
- Projekt- sowie Migrationserfahrungen von Office 365 Exchange runden deine technische Erfahrung ab
- Zertifizierungen als MCSE Productivity, Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate oder Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Expert sind von Vorteil
- Du kommunizierst gerne mit Peers, Kunden und Teammitglieder und hast gute Koordinationsfähigkeiten sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Du kannst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift (m/s)
