Job Description

Sr Sales Executive Hunting is responsible for acquiring and developing new business from new clients (new logos) as well as developing existing clients in Energy sector. The role reports directly to the SVP Oils and Gas Vertical.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects, then turn it into new contracts. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.

Your Responsibilities

• Bring New Business to the company from existing and new logos;
• Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects;
• Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities;
• Develop annual sales strategy and goals;
• Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships;
• Collaborate with sales leaders;
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Service Delivery Managers to identify new business opportunities;
• Provide well-founded knowledge about Solutions and Portfolio for Account Management, Customer Business Management and customers;
• Develop and drive a pipeline of negotiations to sell and close prospective contracts;

Your Profile/ experience

• Good understanding of Oil and Gas industry
• Deep knowledge on Downstream part of business, detailed understanding of Trading is strong plus;
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
• 8+ years' of sales experience;
• Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales;
• Experienced in Digital Transformation projects;
• Knowledgeable about IT Industry and Market Opportunities;
• Experienced in Business development with targeted customers;
• Relationships with customers at CxO levels;
• Willing to take calculated risks to drive big results/outcomes;
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Ability to solve complex problems quickly and creatively;
