Your Tasks
Als System Engineer unterstützt du das Team MS Digital Work bei der Transformation unserer Grosskunden in neue Arbeitswelten. Du übernimmst dabei die Verantwortung für den TWP Citrix-Umgebung unserer Kunden. Mit neuen Ideen und Ansätzen entwickelst du Verbesserungen in diesem Umfeld und setzt neue Kundenanforderungen um. Dazu gehören im Wesentlichen folgende Aufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche:
- Engineering sowie Betrieb von Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Farmen inklusive Tuning, Weiterentwicklung und Integration/Betrieb von Applikationen
- Untersuchung von neuen oder geänderten Anforderungen an die Realisierbarkeit und Komplexität sowie deren Auswirkung auf bestehende/geplante Systeme, Standards und Richtlinien
- Spezifizierung der Systemarchitektur, Auswahl von Systemsoftware, Definition der erforderlichen technischen Ressourcen, Untersuchung möglicher Alternativen und Verifizierung der Machbarkeit
- Analyse von Störungen und Fehlerzuständen in unseren Citrix-Umgebungen
- Erstellung und Realisierung von Konzepten im Citrix-Umfeld
Your Profile
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine höhere Informatikausbildung auf Stufe HF/FH/FA
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Betrieb und Unterhalt von Citrix-Workplace-Lösungen
- Gute Betriebskenntnisse von Citrix-Technologien (Virtual Apps and Desktops, Provisioning-Services, Machine Creation Services, Workspace Environment Manager WEM, FSLogix, AppLayering, Netscaler)
- Du bringst Kenntnisse in MDM (Citrix Endpoint Management), Thin Client (IGEL OS) und Active Directory mit? Super – denn das wünschen wir uns!
- Zudem hast Du Kenntnisse in anderen Virtualisierungstechnologien wie z.B. AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop)? Kein Muss, aber umso besser!
- Ansonsten bist Du mit Deiner hohen Lernbereitschaft dafür offen, Dir neues Wissen in dem Bereich anzueignen
- Als Teamplayer und mit starker Sozialkompetenz kommunizierst du gerne mit Kunden und Teammitgliedern
- Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit
