Your Tasks
Als Systemengineer (m/w/d) für Hochfrequenztechnik entwickeln Sie hoch komplexe Systeme und Services unter Berücksichtigung ganzheitlicher Geschäftsanforderungen und Implikationen entlang des gesamten Entwicklungsprozesses (Lifecycle) weiter.
- Sie erarbeiten komplexe, technischen Konzepte/Spezifikationen an Systemen inkl. der Technologieberatung auch auf Managementlevel
- Sie konzipieren und definieren Standards für Systemtests, Testautomatisierung und Systemdokumentation
- Sie koordinieren und unterstützen komplexe Rollouts von NT/IT-gestützten Prozessen/Systemen in den Regelbetrieb
- Sie steuern interne oder externe Partner zur Systementwicklung und arbeiten eng mit anderen Teams im internationalen Umfeld zusammen
- Sie leiten Projekte mit strategischer Relevanz
- Sie messen, analysieren und bewerten Fragen des Netzwerkdesigns im Mobilfunk sowie Fragen zu Mobilfunkantennen- und Hochfrequenztechnik

Your Profile
Sie verfügen über ein Studium der Elektrotechnik, Hochfrequenztechnik oder Physik und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld System Engineering.
Des Weiteren zeichnen Sie sich durch detaillierte unternehmensspezifische Kenntnisse oder außergewöhnliche Spezialkenntnisse sowie Fähigkeiten aus:
- Sehr gute Erfahrungen in klassischen und agilen Kooperationsformen
- Hervorragende Erfahrungen in der Leitung von strategisch ausgerichteten Projekten
- Ausgeprägte Detailkenntnisse hinsichtlich der Erstellung und Realisierung von technischen Konzepten/Spezifikationen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der aktuellen Mobilfunktechnologien
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse
- Sie haben Spaß daran in einem offenen und dynamischen Team zu arbeiten
- Sie sprechen Deutsch verhandlungssicher und fließend Englisch
