Als Team Lead SAP Datenmanagement & Enhancements trägst Du im Team die Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung der Datenmanagement & Enhancements Projekte. Dazu gehören im Wesentlichen folgende Hauptaufgaben:

Beratung

  • Projektleitung bzw. Teilprojektleitung im Bereich Datenmanagement, Datenmigration oder Entwicklungen
  • Unterstützung bei bzw. Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen, Erstellung der Lastenheften bzw. Spezifikationen
  • Geschäftsprozess-Beratung und -Optimierung bzgl. Datenmanagement
  • Coaching, Beratung, Konfiguration und Entwicklung im Bereich SAP D&E
  • Implementierung von Datenmigrationswerkzeugen und Durchführung der Datenmigration
  • Solution Architektur
  • Lösungspräsentationen, Workshops sowie Schulungen

Teamführung

  • Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung des Bereiches SAP D&E
  • Teamführung und Mitarbeiterbetreuung
  • Ausbildung und Weiterentwicklung von Beratern
  • Ressourcen- und Einsatzplanung
  • Budgetplanung und Controlling
  • Presales Tätigkeiten

Du verfügst über einen sehr guten technischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Abschluss. Idealerweise konntest Du als BeraterIn mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in SAP D&E Projekten sammeln. Weiterhin bist Du erfahren in der fachlichen Abwicklung von Projekten und bringst zusätzlich folgende Qualifikationen mit:

  • Ausgewiesene Erfahrungen mit SAP Basis Werkzeugen insbesondere im Bereich Datenmigration
  • Projekterfahrungen im Bereich Datenmigration/Datenmanagement
  • Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung von kundenspezifischen Lösungen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit ETL-Tools, wie z.B. LSMW, SAP Migration Cockpit, SNP, pentaho und ggf. JiVS
  • Ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Gute Skills in der Angebotserstellung- und Angebotspräsentation
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen bei Kunden und Projekten
  • Fähigkeit, Kunden zu begeistern
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Führungserfahrung als Vorgesetzter und Projektleiter
