Your Tasks
Als Teamleiter (m/w/d) Sales & Care Privatkunden tragen Sie Verantwortung für einen operativen Aufgabenbereich. Sie haben personelle und fachliche Führungsverantwortung für die Mitarbeiter/Innen im Sinne der Konzernführungsgrundsätze.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Organisation des Teams, Motivation der Mitarbeiter*Innen, initiieren Schulungen und Weiterentwicklung und fördern Talente
- Sie steuern und koordinieren die Aufgabenerledigung und nehmen Aufgaben der Budgetplanung wahr
- Sie agieren als Coach und entwickeln Mitarbeiter*Innen sowohl vertrieblich als auch fachlich weiter
- Sie optimieren den Aufgabenbereich anhand von Kennzahlen und steigern die Prozesseffizienz
- Sie vertreten Arbeitsergebnisse auf übergeordneter Managementebene
- Sie arbeiten in Projekten mit
Your Profile
Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und bringen bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld Vertrieb und Kundenbetreuung mit.
Des Weiteren zeichnen Sie sich durch folgende Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten aus:
- Ausgesprochene Vertriebs- und Führungserfahrung
- Erfahrung im Bereich Coaching und Mitarbeiterentwickung
- Kenntnisse im Skillmanagement
- Kenntnisse im Budget- und Kostenmanagement
