Your Tasks
Als Teamleiter (m/w/d) Sales & Care tragen Sie Verantwortung für einen operativen Aufgabenbereich. Sie haben personelle und fachliche Führungsverantwortung für die Mitarbeiter/Innen im Sinne der Konzernführungsgrundsätze.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Organisation des Teams, Motivation der Mitarbeiter/Innen, initiieren Schulungen und Weiterentwicklung und fördern Talente
- Sie steuern und koordinieren die Aufgabenerledigung und nehmen Aufgaben der Budgetplanung wahr
- Sie optimieren den Aufgabenbereich anhand von Kennzahlen und steigern die Prozesseffizienz
- Sie vertreten Arbeitsergebnisse auf übergeordneter Managementebene
- Sie arbeiten in Projekten mit
Your Profile
Sie verfügen über ein Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in Verbindung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Tätigkeitsfeld.
Des Weiteren zeichnen Sie sich durch folgende Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten aus:
- Kenntnisse im Skillmanagement
- Kenntnisse im Budget- und Kostenmanagement
- Kenntnisse in Personalbesetzung- und Rekrutierung
- Führungserfahrung
