  • Du bist der Single-Point-of-Contact zu den Log-In-Partnern unseres Cross-Device-Networks und pflegst die Beziehungen gewissenhaft durch regelmäßigen Austausch

  • Du baust die Kundenbeziehungen proaktiv und kontinuierlich aus und entwickelst so eine erfolgreiche Geschäftsbeziehung

  • Du stehst den Partnern beratend zur Seite im Sinne des Up- und Crosssellings unserer weiteren Produkte

  • Du begleitest die Partner beim Import der Daten und sicherst dadurch eine hohe Datenqualität

  • Du hast ein offenes Ohr für alle Fragen und Anliegen unserer Partner

Was du mitbringst: 

  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung im (technischen) Account Management oder im Vertrieb sammeln können

  • Empathie ist kein Fremdwort für dich und du hast ein gutes Gespür für den Umgang mit Partnern und Kunden

  • Kommunikationsstärke ist dein zweiter Vorname und auch in kniffligen Situationen bewahrst du Ruhe und Eloquenz

  • Du begeisterst dich für technische Themen und hast Lust, dich tiefgehend in komplexe Themengebiete reinzudenken

  • Du bist motiviert, dich ständig weiterzuentwickeln und hast eine Leidenschaft für tolle Produkte
