Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Köln (sechsmonatige Einarbeitung findet hauptsächlich in Oberhausen bzw. remote statt) eine/n
Technical Consultant System Integration & Support (m/w/d)
Als Teil eines Domänenteams unterstützt du unsere Kunden bei der Installation, Integration und dem Betrieb unserer IT-Lösungen in bestehende IT-Infrastrukturen direkt vor Ort.
Wir suchen Experten die bereits Erfahrungen in der Administration von Oracle-Datenbanken und Diensten in Windows-Umgebungen gesammelt haben. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört es unter anderem Installationen in Produktiv- und Testumgebungen zu begleiten und diese zu dokumentieren. Des Weiteren wirst du für unsere Kunden als erster Ansprechpartner für technische Fragen zur Verfügung stehen, das Troubleshooting übernehmen und die Problemanalyse mit anderen Abteilungen koordinieren. Du entwickelst mit dem Kunden vorhandene Monitoring Ansätze weiter und überwachst den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb unserer IT-Lösungen.
Deine Einarbeitung erfolgt durch mehrere Tutoren und verschiedenen Übungen in Oberhausen/remote. Während dieser Phase kommst du mit unterschiedlichen Themen unseres fachlich breiten Aufgabenspektrums in Kontakt. Innerhalb der Teams setzen wir stark auf den direkten Wissensaustausch und kurze Kommunikationswege. Im Vordergrund steht immer ein kooperatives Miteinander zur gemeinsamen Sicherstellung der Ergebnisqualität.
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossenes technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium (Informatik, Nachrichtentechnik, oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang) oder eine abgeschlossene IT-Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung als IT-Administrator oder im 3rd-Level-Support
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft-Server-Betriebssystemen sowie VMware
- Grundkenntnisse in der Administration von Oracle Datenbanken sowie TLS-Verschlüsselung
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Nagios sind von Vorteil
- Reisebereitschaft
Wünschenswert sind außerdem Kenntnisse in den Bereichen ActiveDirectoy, Hyper-V und Webserver (Apache, Tomcat, Jetty). Solltest du diese Kenntnisse nicht oder nur zum Teil mitbringen, dann kannst du dir diese bei Bedarf im Rahmen der täglichen Arbeit oder durch entsprechende Schulungen aneignen.
