Your Tasks
Als Technical Order Manager bearbeiten Sie abschließend Aufträge zu Standardrealisierungen inkl. Klärung der Kundenanliegen.
- Sie erstellen Standardangebote und wickeln Aufträge ab
- Sie führen notwendige Planungen inkl. Beauftragung/Steuerung für Realisierung, Nachkalkulationen und Anstoß der Fakturierung durch
- Sie disponieren Aufträge, bestellen Material und Leistungen
- Sie nehmen systemisch Reservierung von Außendienstmitarbeitern vor
- Sie ermitteln und bereiten qualitätsrelevante Daten zu Kundenprojekten auf, pflegen Daten und stellen Dokumentationen/Reports bereit
- Sie koordinieren und steuern die Einblastrupps im Rahmen des Glasfaserausbaus (homes connected)
Your Profile
Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung sowie eine fachorientierte Zusatzausbildung oder eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung.
Des Weiteren zeichnen Sie sich durch folgende erweiterte Fach- und Spezialkenntnisse sowie Fähigkeiten aus:
- Kenntnisse im Auftragsmanagement
- Kenntnisse in der Allokierung von Ressourcen
- Kenntnisse in Telekommunikation- und/oder IT - Produkte und Services
