  • Wir suchen eine(n) administrativen Kollege/Kollegin fürs Team FMED Laborabteilung für folgende Aufgaben: 

  • GARD (Jira) Administration 
  • Sharepoint Administration ( Sharepoint 2010) Security, Webseiten
  • AWS-Bestellungen

Detallierte Aufgaben:

  • Analysieren, Bewertung  und Steuerung von Laboraufträgen am Eingangsportal
  • Bereitstellen und administration von Labortools (z.B. Gard (Jira), Sharepoint, ...)
  • Konfiguration der Tools für die Bereitstellung von Kennzahlen, Workflows, ...
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von SDSKs, IT checklists, etc. 
  • Support der Anwender (2nd Level) und Interface zu Hersteller/Administratoren bzw. Betreiber bei Problemen
  • Umsetzen von Bestellungen in den Ordertools (AWS, SAP, ...) 
  • Englisch und Deutsch B2 (gute Mittelstufe) Sprachkenntnisse
  • 1-2 Jahre relevante professionelle Erfahrungen
  • Organisations - und Prozesswissen bei Deutsche Telekom Technik
  • ITIL und MS Office Basiskenntnisse
  • Basiskenntnisse in der Telekommunikationsindustrie 

Vorteile:

  • Hochstufe "Jira/GArd -Toolsuits" oder "Sharepoint 2010 ff" inkl. Scripting
  • Anwenderkenntnisse in AWS und SAP
