Your Tasks
Als Technology Consultant Prozess- und Datenmanagement Automotive (m/w/d) betreuen Sie Enterprise-Content-Management-Systeme für unseren Kunden Mercedes-Benz. Sie unterstützen bei der Prozessberatung und Optimierung des gesamten Datenhaushalts.
Sie übernehmen folgende Aufgaben:
- Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Systeme inklusive 3rd Level Support
- Durchführung von regelmäßigen Aktivitäten zum Betrieb der Prozesskette, Datenmanagement, Ticketbearbeitung bei Störungen, Proaktive Wartungstätigkeiten und Monitoring
- Analyse von Kundenanforderungen mit technischer Beratung im Bereich Dokumentenmanagement-Systeme
- Fehleranalyse, Problembehebung, Implementierung und Changemanagement
- Datenbank-Administration, Durchführung von Installationen und Konfigurationen inkl. Security Patches oder Upgrades auf neue Versionen
Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten zum Senior Consultant oder Projektmanager sind vorhanden.
Your Profile
- Studium mit Schwerpunkt Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung mit erster Berufserfahrung
- Kenntnisse mit Linux/Unix und Windows
- Grundkenntnisse in relationalen Datenbanken (SQL)
- Grundkenntnisse UNIX-Shell-Scripting
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Umfeld der Aftersales-Prozesskette der Mercedes-Benz AG
- und / oder in der Administration / Optimierung des Produktes Teamcenter
- Grundlegendes Wissen in Virtualisierung auf Basis Oracle OVM oder VMWare #EHE_TSI#
