Your Tasks

You will be responsible for the cross-segment coordination and cooperation with all stakeholders on the qualification strategy for the top executive management.

  • This includes initiating and accompanying strategic qualification topics and new developments while observing business strategies as well as trend scouting regarding learning products.
  • You will co-lead in the creation of state-of the-art leadership and organisation development programs and formats for top leadership and ensure continuous improvement and post-data analysis of the portfolio.
  • You will apply disruptive thinking and methods to embed executive principles into the top executive community.
  • You consolidate learning demands across the segments and derive optimal and strategic requirements for the portfolio.
  • You evaluate and integrate new innovative training formats/programs and lead management decisions.
  • You define processes and standards regarding the training portfolio as well as company standards in the learning and qualification environment and are responsible for cross-departmental projects.
  • You will lead strategic projects in the qualification environment.

Your Profile

You are passionate about leadership development and what to be part of a team who creates state-of the-art leadership and organisation development programs and formats for top leadership. You will have a background on organizational management or behavioral studies ideally with a focus on leadership level with at least two years professional experience in leadership development.

Furthermore, you have the following knowledge and skills:

  • Sound knowledge and hands on working experience in complex, cross-functional project settings.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and creative thinking
  • Intrinsic interest in strategic business topics such as value creation, growth, innovation or transformation
  • Ability to work in teams, organizational talent and a strong customer orientation
  • Hands on experience in agile working methods
  • Excellent language skills in English and basic German skills (min. B2)
