Your Tasks

  • Supports the user- and group maintenance activities for the teams in our organisation
  • Prepares Change and Incident tickets in our ticketing tool in order to document the updates in the user and group data
  • Based on change requests does the necessary updates in the Configuration Management database
  • Takes part in regular alignments with the operational teams when clarifying their requests

Your Profile

  • English language knowledge
  • German is an advatage
  • Ongoing university studies (30 working hours every week)
  • Good communication skills
  • Team Player
