Your Tasks

  • Checks the change tickets for quality based on pre-defined rules
  • Aligns with the operational teams in case further information is needed for a change ticket
  • Supports the central Change management team in tracking and monitoring the status of the change tickets
  • Documents the decision in the ticketing tool
  • Takes part in daily Change management calls with the central team to follow-up on the daily business activities

Your Profile

  • English language knowledge
  • Ongoing university studies
  • A minimum of 20-25 work hours weekly
  • Good communications skills
  • Team player attitude
  • German language knowledge is an advatantage
