Your Tasks
- Du bist mitverantwortlich für unsere Bestandskundenthemen und lernst die verschiedenen CRM Prozesse und Instrumente kennen
- Du unterstützt uns bei der kreativen Neuentwicklung und Optimierung verschiedener Kommunikationskanäle
- Du entwickelst zusammen mit unseren Agenturen neue Kampagnenideen und setzt diese eigenverantwortlich um
- Du bist von Anfang bis Ende zuständig für congstar Bestandskunden-Projekte wie z.B. Gewinnspiele
- Du hilfst bei der Analyse und Auswertung von Kampagnen
- Du bleibst immer auf dem Laufenden, was gerade Trend auf dem Telekommunikations- Markt ist und was unsere Wettbewerber machen
Your Profile
- Du studierst BWL, Kommunikations- oder Medienwissenschaften, o. Ä.
- Du bringst bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Umsetzung von kreativen E-Mails mit
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbständig und zuverlässig
- Du verfügst über eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Lernbereitschaft
- Du magst den Umgang und die Interpretation von Zahlen
- Du bist pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert und freust Dich, sowohl neue Ideen einzubringen als auch Themen voranzutreiben
- Du kommunizierst selbstsicher in deutscher Sprache und bist noch mindestens 1 Jahr lang immatrikuliert
- Du lachst auf der Arbeit. Täglich. Mehrmals.
