Your Tasks
- Du bist Teil des CX Analytics Teams und begleitest die congstars auf der Reise zu datenzentriertem Arbeiten
- Du führst Umfragen, Analysen und Reportings zur Optimierung der Customer Journeys durch
- Dabei erlernst den Umgang mit unseren Customer Experience Cloud Medallia, setzt Umfragen auf und wertest die Ergebnisse aus
- Du bist Ansprechpartner für die Customer Journey Owner bei der Analyse und Weiterentwicklung des CX-Management Programmes
- Du hast Spaß und Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung des CX-Management Programmes im agilen und datenbasierten Umfeld
Your Profile
- Du studierst aktuell Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Medien-Kommunikationswissenschaften oder ähnliches
- Du besitzt eine Leidenschaft für Zahlen
- Du hast erste Erfahrung im Bereich Marktforschung und User Research
- Ein großes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Datenverliebtheit zeichnen dich aus
- Du bist analysestark, hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und arbeitest strukturiert und selbständig
- Du besitzt sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel und PowerPoint
- Du kannst dich sehr gut auf Deutsch und English verständigen
- Du lachst auf der Arbeit.Täglich. Mehrmals.
