Recruiting in Corona Crisis

The corona virus affects us as well. Nevertheless: our employees and recruiters are still there for you.

We have decided to digitalize our entire application process to avoid any health risk for our employees, our applicants and external providers. We are well prepared: Our employees work in the home office and can act autonomously and independent of location. For our applicants we have adapted the application process to the current conditions. Through digital solutions we guarantee a recruiting process without delays.

  • Interviews with our candidates are conducted exclusively via telephone or video conferences. For this purpose, we will of course take the availability of our candidates into account
  • Furthermore, we are working on being able to offer digital assessment centres as soon as possible.

What the exact onboarding process looks like is planned and decided in individual cases. Please contact your direct supervisor in advance. Together you will find a solution. In addition, we are currently working on solutions so that we can greet our employees through virtual onboarding in order to provide them with initial information.

In principle, our application process remains the same. The only difference is that we switched to digital recruiting. This means that conversations that would have taken place personally are now conducted via conference calls.
