Deutsche Telekom has been ranked No. 1 in eight categories in the annual connect Readers’ Choice survey. The Deutsche Telekom subsidiaries congstar and T-Mobile Austria also achieved great rankings.
Time to celebrate in Bonn: Readers of connect, the IT magazine, have submitted their survey preferences and put Deutsche Telekom in first place in eight categories. Deutsche Telekom was nominated in 11 categories overall. Participants in the annual Readers’ Choice Survey rated Deutsche Telekom as the best provider of fixed-line and mobile networks. The Deutsche Telekom subsidiary congstar also achieved the best ranking in the category for mobile communications.
Walter Goldenits, CTO of Telekom Deutschland, was delighted with the survey results: “We are very proud of the fact that customers ranked us No. 1 in so many categories, but we will not rest on our laurels – this achievement inspires us to do even more in the future. Of course, it goes without saying that I am personally very happy about our top rankings in the key areas of mobile and fixed-line networks.”
In addition to the categories already mentioned, Deutsche Telekom also achieved the best rankings in the following categories: Network Operator – Prepaid Cards, German Cloud Services and Complete Smart Home Systems. In addition, magazine readers also selected T-Mobile Austria as the best mobile network provider in Austria, and T-Online as the best e-mail service.
Every year Connect magazine asks readers to rate the best providers of products, networks and services in a survey comprised of 16 categories. This year, rather than rating individual products, readers submitted overall rankings for vendors and manufacturers instead. Some 71,500 readers participated in the survey.
