Gabriele Semino, Project Leader WARR Hyperloop, WARR e.V., Technical University of Munich (TUM).
Gabriele is the Project Manager of WARR Hyperloop, a student group at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) that is involved in the international “SpaceX Hyperloop Pod Competition” focused on building the futuristic pods for the Hyperloop transportation project as proposed by Elon Musk. In August 2017, his team won the main prize in the competition with a top speed of 324 km/h. In the summer of 2018, the team defended the title and once again broke the speed record of the competition with 466 kilometers per hour. Gabriele has a bachelor’s degree in physics and is now working on his master’s degree in “Applied and Engineering Physics” at TUM.
