Auditors

On April 10, 2024, the shareholders’ meeting of Deutsche Telekom AG elected Deloitte GmbH, Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Munich, as auditor and Group auditor of the 2024 financial year,  as auditor for a review of the condensed financial statements and the interim Group management report for the 2024 financial year, and as auditor for any review of additional interim financial reports for the 2024 financial year and the first quarter of the 2025 financial year.

Deloitte GmbH, Munich, has been the company's auditor since the 2022 financial year. The auditor responsible at Deloitte is Dr. Tim Hoffmann. Mr. Hoffmann took over the mandate in the 2022 financial year.
