

COSMOTE Romania introduces new global slogan "Our world is you"
Following the refreshment of the Group corporate image, COSMOTE Romania introduces "Our world is you" ("Lumea noastră eşti tu"), as well as its new corporate communication campaign focused on and inspired by the world of its customers. The new slogan re-enforces the company’s long standing commitment to the market and takes another step closer to the customers and their needs. COSMOTE Romania has been "Alături de tine" for the past two and a half years and the new slogan not only continues, but develops the values instilled by the formed one. Furthermore, in order to remain close to the Romanians’ needs, COSMOTE continued the tradition of having a Romanian language slogan. "The new brand campaign aims to continue our approach from the past years and strengthen even further our emotional relationship with the customers, leading to emotional loyalty. The new slogan equally addresses the employees and customers, while continuing to share along with them the real experiences of everyday life. Ever since the launch in Romania, COSMOTE posted a constant growth in its main brand indicators and we hope that we will continue to be the first choice among Romanians for mobile communication services," said COSMOTE Romania Marketing & Communication Director Costas Kapetanopoulos. "Our key communication messages will continue to aim at reinforcing the quality of our service, the products and services, as well as the coverage, while adding the personal touch that is important to each and every one of us in this period of time. In a period when you are bombarded by messages that try to sell products and services from different companies, to hear a company that tells you "I am here for you" and means it makes a difference. According to the most recent market research results, COSMOTE brand preference indicators are constantly increasing. This is also evidenced by the rapid growth in the customer base, which reached over 6.6 million users in September 2009 (a market share of over 23 percent).
