Deutsche Telekom's online store www.t-online.de/shop was awarded the best overall score of 1.9 and named as test winner in the 2010 "Home Appliance Retailers" survey conducted by the Internet portal testsieger.de. This award confirms the store's leading position among the well-known e-commerce providers in Germany, following previous "test winner" accolades from Stiftung Warentest and Computer Bild for individual categories and for the site's overall appearance.

t-online.de Shop - leading the field in all four categories Out of the twenty-two online shopping portals that were tested by testsieger.de, t-online.de Shop came out top in all four test categories, with particularly good ratings for the "security" and "Web site" criteria. The sites were each awarded points in four categories: "product & price," "ordering & customer service," "security," and "Web site." In the "security" category, the score of 1.4 ("very good") recognizes that customer data is handled sensitively and confirms that the online store has been tested and gained a seal of approval. The user-friendliness of the site's online shopping experience is emphasized in the "Web site" category with a score of 1.67 ("good"). The superior search function, extensive filter options, product test reports and buyer's guide all made a significant contribution to the positive result. The site scored 1.80 ("good") in the "ordering & customer service" category, confirming the speed and professionalism of order processing and returns handling. Quality at unbeatable prices The online stores were rated in two clusters: quality leaders and price leaders. t-online.de Shop emerged as the absolute test winner, and was the only store that performed strongly in both areas. t-online.de Shop leads the overall ratings ahead of the shopping portals cyberport.de and OTTO.
