  • New partners: T-Systems and Ivalua, leading supplier of software systems for procurement
  • More efficient procurement with Procurement Full Suite
  • Data well protected: Solution from T-Systems' high-security data centers

Procurement plays a key role in enterprises, accounting for up to 80 percent of external value added. Buyers now have access to a software-as-a-service offering from the secure Telekom-Cloud in the shape of the Ivalua Buyer procurement solution. The cloud solution from T-Systems partner Ivalua allows enterprises to optimize their procurement processes and increase the value added of procurement. T-Systems is showcasing Ivalua Buyer at this year’s CeBIT from March 14 to 18.

Modular structure ensures greater flexibility
The procurement solution Ivalua Buyer has a modular structure and covers the procure-to-pay areas including electronic invoice processing, supplier management, strategic sourcing, contracts and catalogs as well as procurement analyses. It thus supports all operational and strategic procurement functions. Customers can obtain the modules individually, combine them as required and upgrade them at any time. Ivalua Buyer offers outstanding configurability that allows the solution to be tailored flexibly to customer requirements. In 2015, Gartner awarded top ratings to the procurement software from Ivalua in the "Magic Quadrant for Strategic Sourcing Applications Suites" and in the "Magic Quadrant for Procure-to-Pay Suites."

Solution governed by German data privacy
T-Systems delivers the procurement suite from its German data centers and, as such, all data is subject to stringent German data privacy provisions. Customers obtain Ivalua Buyer as an end-to-end solution from a single source: T-Systems provides the consulting, implementation and integration as well as the Ivalua services.
