Aufgabe

Purpose

To acquire goods and services efficiently and effectively, react flexibly to market changes and to assure the most competitive supply chain costs and the most beneficial cash-out method. Only Procurement professional is entitled to place or sign orders, contracts or any other binding commercial commitment with suppliers and partners.

Key accountabilities

  • Check responsibility for incoming demand and routing of demand into correct channel (if not within defined responsibility)
  • Clarify incoming demand
  • Prepare tactical sourcing initiative
  • Align and finalize standard specification with requester (except new specifications)
  • Perform long-listing from defined preferred supplier list (if not possible, involve responsible Strategic Sourcing Manager)
  • Perform small tender / quotation request, short-listing and negotiation within preferred suppliers
  • Take awarding decision and close contract (except frame contracts)
  • Trigger and manage purchase processing for the tactical sourcing initiative
  • Document tactical sourcing initiative according to documentation guidelines
  • Take over and execute tasks delegated (and accepted on appropriate managerial level) from Strategic Sourcing Manager

Management Scope

  • Order and contractual volume up to 3mil. EUR/year.

Salary
Final salary is negotiable. 
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1320 EUR/brutto.

Requirements
Education

  • Master’s degree in Economics

Experience

  • Purchasing - 2 years

Certification

  • CIPS certificate - advantage

Languages

  • English - Upper intermediate (B2)

IT Technical Skills

  • Excel - Advanced
  • Power Point - Intermediate
  • SAP - advantage

Soft Skills

  • Negotiation Skills - advanced
  • Communication Skills (verbal, written) - advanced

Other criteria or requirements 

  • reading non verbal´s
  • technical education is an advantage
  • financial and business process knowledge
