General description

Responsible for the strategic consultation specially focusing in the financial aspects (HR KPIs) of business. Support HR directors in preparing analysis, planning and reporting system of HR International.

Accountabillities

  • Drives and supports top management discussions on WF related KPIs.
  • Is responsible for the preparation of standardized reports based on raw data, in accordance with the process and guidelines.
  • Prepares material for presentations.
  • Assists the countries in the preparation of forecasts.
  • Reviews and analyses actual/forecasts against targeted performances and prepares gap analyses.
  • Monitors risks and trends.
  • Prepares operating budgets based on previous budget figures, estimated revenue / workforce.
  • Produces reports for regional and corporate management as requested.
  • Steering, analyzing and monitoring the numerical HR KPIs in HR International (focus: Region Alpine + LBU Spain)
  • Analyze the deviation between actuals/forecast/target and proactively track the Revenue, TWQ, TWC (IWC and EWC) and FTE status between actuals vs. Target
  • Work closely together with HR Int’l Business Partners and local VPHRs/HR BPs
  • FTE and IWC forecast simulation based on latest business development status
  • Monitor the EWC consolidated booking during month end closing as well as realistic forecast till YE
  • Align with and support local HR on monthly forecast file / Power BI tool forecast update
  • Provide support related to BI4TSI reporting
  • Analyze the personal Special Effects request from the countries and consult the countries in personal Special Effects Business Case preparation
  • Support in preparation of International Business Review
  • Data extraction / analysis from CDM, HR Spot, BI4TSI, and other different data sources
  • Steering of HR share in business, financial planning and forecast process (within the dimension of Workforce Management)
  • Average Headcount cost (KKS) analysis.
  • Together with HR Int’l Business Partners, steer the planning process (iPF, FC0, FC4) on FTE and IWC.
  • Control and co-ordination tasks involved in the job - Homogeneous (integration of related, similar activities with a common purpose, and  co-ordination with others external to the work unit, finding compromises)

Requirements

  • Mature scientific or specialized professional knowledge (deep understanding of a specific professional field + several years of experience + sound knowledge and integration of other professional fields) The requirement is for sufficiency in a technical, scientific or specialized field built on an understanding of theoretical concepts and principles and their context. Knowledge is normally acquired through professional or academic qualification or through extensive practical experience.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience
  • English- Advanced (C1)
  • Broad business understanding
  • Strong affinity for numbers (data consolidation and analytics)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent ability in understanding complex organizations

Salary

Final salary is negotiable. 
We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1000€ /brutto.
