Admission tickets

If, a few days before the shareholders' meeting, you have still not received the ticket you ordered, please contact our hotline immediately at +49-(0)228-181-55770.

If we receive your registration after midnight (CEST) on May 18, 2016 (deadline for registration), we are not allowed to issue any more admission tickets. Due to legal reasons we are not permitted to process orders for admission tickets received after this date. It will also not be possible to issue you an admission ticket during the accreditation process. Ordering multiple admission tickets
Please understand that, due to the sharp increase in registrations for our shareholders' meeting over the past few years, we only issue one admission ticket per shareholder as a rule.

If you have registered on time, but have not yet received a ticket
Shareholders who register on time, i.e., by midnight (CEST) on May 18, 2016, and who have not received an admission ticket, can still attend the shareholders' meeting. The admission ticket has then merely not reached the recipient (in time) by mail. Shareholders who register on time are, however, included in the list of registered participants. If this is the case, a replacement admission ticket can be issued at the special tickets counter in the LANXESS arena. Can I print out my admission ticket directly once I've ordered it online?
Our Internet Dialog facility provides you with a flexible, convenient way to order tickets for yourself or a proxy online and to print them out directly. To do so, simply select the option "Print admission ticket" when ordering your ticket in the Internet Dialog.

Do I need special software to be able to print out an admission ticket ordered online?
To open the admission ticket on your computer, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader. Acrobat Reader can be downloaded free of charge at www.adobe.de.

I can only print black and white.
The admission tickets are generated and displayed in color, but if you do not have a color printer you can of course print your admission ticket out in black and white.

Is the transmission of my personal data to print out my admission ticket secure?
Your connection to the server used for the shareholders' meeting services offered by Deutsche Telekom is established via an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) with 128-bit encryption. This offers the maximum possible security, i.e. none of the personal data necessary to print out the admission ticket can be viewed by a third party over the Internet during the session.

Lost tickets
Please check with our hotline (+49-228-181-55770) to find out if you are listed as being registered to participate in the shareholders' meeting. If this is the case, we can issue you with a replacement ticket on the day of the meeting. Please go to one of the special tickets counters.
