Expert Seller Digital

As a Digital Seller at T-Systems Netherlands, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of digital solutions across various verticals like Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), and Public Services including Transport and Logistics. Leveraging T-Systems' unique proposition Co-Lab, application-led transformation projects, and specific IP solutions tailored for these industries, you will be instrumental in shaping the digital future of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand and articulate T-Systems' digital offerings, including Co-Lab initiatives, application-led transformation projects, and industry-specific IP solutions.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in target verticals, including C-level executives and middle management, to understand their business needs and pain points.
  • Drive transformational discussions with clients, positioning T-Systems as a strategic partner in their digital journey.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to generate new leads and opportunities within the assigned verticals.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring alignment with client expectations and T-Systems' capabilities.
  • Stay up to date of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to continuously enhance sales strategies and offerings.
  • Act as a team player, collaborating with colleagues across departments and add value to the team.

Your Profile


  • Proven experience in selling digital solutions, preferably within one or more verticals like Manufacturing, CPG, and Public Services sectors, including Transport and Logistics.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from Business owners, C-level executives to middle management and IT-architects.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive transformational initiatives and navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business development and lead generation.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic organization.
  • Passion for learning and keeping abreast of industry developments and technological advancements.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is desirable but not essential; personality, experience, drive, and a commitment to continuous learning are prioritized.
