Management Assistant / Office Management
As a Management Assistant / Office Manager you are the spider in the web and you are in direct contact with the employees of T-Systems Netherlands. In your day to day work you are the first point of contact for all our colleagues regarding the member of our senior management team. You act as a buffer, guarding their priorities and dealing with generic and specific requests. Your responsibilities vary from managing calendars and mailboxes to support facilitations of all internal events & meetings, communications, travel arrangements and creating / processing invoices. Within these responsibilities you show a pro-active attitude, you are self-reliant and take the initiative.
No two days are the same and that is why it is important to think ahead, know how to anticipate to changes quickly and set priorities accordingly. In this position, you will work closely together with our Executive Assistant. Together you work in close cooperation with each other to support the different board members and ensure the organizational processes are improved and optimized. In this position you will mainly work with board members, other consulting and support staff, international and national clients, travel agents, vendors and other third parties
