  • General description:

    - Performs tasks related to audit management within the Private Cloud & Platform Services.

    - Coordinates and controls audits according to valid standards in order to increase the quality of executed audits in order to safeguard customer satisfaction.

    - Supports procedure design towards increased efficiency and added value of audit management within the organization.

    - Organizes and manages activities related to risk & compliance management group on a regular basis.

    - Provides active support in training and development activities for other colleagues.

    - Identifies gaps and deviations in existing processes/instructions and actively defines and tracks improvement implementations.

    - Governance of the audit management process within the unit.

    - Provides consultancy within audit management agenda.

    Accountabilities:

    - Manage teleconferences with all required participants to coordinate actions to be taken.

    - Manage continual service improvement to increase customer satisfaction.

    - Leading in building up respective process communities to increase awareness to expected levels.

    - Manage the interface between process and operational topics to ensure proper communication.

    - Coaching and consultancy of respective processes to share knowledge.

    - Documentation management (create; summarize; assess & feedback)

    Experiences:

    - university degree,

    - experience in IT Services minimum 2 years,

    - overview of ICT process environment,

    - organizational overview,

    - project management skills,

    - knowledge of quality management methodologies (e.g. KPI reporting, Management systems, Excellence programs, Quality tools),

    - overview of IT operations across all layers (e.g. application operation, system operation, infrastructure, network, storage),

    - proven ITIL knowledge on Foundation level.

    English: B2

    German: advantage

    Salary:

    Minimum 930 €. The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
