Senior Business Controller
Your Tasks
About the Role
Are you an experienced financial professional with a keen eye for detail and strategic insight? Do you aspire to play a pivotal role in steering our organization toward success? We are looking for a Senior Business Controller to strengthen our Finance & Controlling team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the financial planning, control, and reporting of one or more key business units within our organization. Acting as a strategic partner to the management team, you will contribute to the professionalization and optimization of our financial processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Take the lead in monthly closings and financial reporting for major accounts.
- Conduct detailed analyses of financial performance and advise on strategic decisions.
- Monitor budgets, costs, and forecasts to ensure optimal financial management.
- Develop and optimize KPI reports to support business operations.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level controllers within the team.
- Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition and cost allocation.
- Prepare business cases for new initiatives and investments.

Your Profile
Who Are We Looking For?
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar role.
- A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SAP and familiarity with other financial systems.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in handling complex data analysis.
- Excellent command of Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written. Dutch is a plus.
- A proactive and independent work attitude, with a focus on results and quality.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
